| Action areas and themes:
- PNW-Activities in the public space are typically learning and cultural events or happenings (gatherings). The objective is to open a space and invite to experience integrative, systemic, creative and artistic-futuristic content (for example around Agenda 21 sustainability education).
- Positive News Youth Views (PNYV), as Online-Portal for positive news networks worldwide youth, which want to see therir world and environment with a positve point-of-view. The objective is to provide an alternative to conventional media which deal with sensations and destructive news by featuring positive example and content.
- Another field is fostering a different dialog and decision-making culture by organising gatherings, formal and informal events which use a variety of methods to make sure that expectations of participants, objectives of organisers and the setting of the location, spaces and schedules are concerted for ideal or optimal fruition. Methods used vary widely. Please consult Open-Space, Magic Round-Tables, Citizen Assemblies or any kind of side-events which take place beside traditionally organised symposia or events [more]. Typically also in co-opeation with other organizers. See here a list of past events and projects in the making
- Another concern is the creation of an artistic, artificial, imaginary vision of an island, for example in form of a boat or raft as an island or virtual imaginary island. Based on the experience with the Recycling Raft called "future-raft", PNW actively supports research, implementation and collaboration with other international acitivities.
